Madeleine Raiford-Holland is the founder of MHM Luxury Properties, a 7-figure boutique short term rental investor, and entrepreneur. Since originally starting as a lifestyle influencer in 2016 she has grown her reach, but narrowed her focus to short term rental and real estate investing. She is a passionate advocate for reclaiming valuable time by helping individuals transition away from traditional work constraints through the power of short-term rentals.

Alex Akins
Coach
Alex is in his 4th year as an operating STR host and in his 2nd year as a STR coach! His portfolio consists of both properties that he owns and arbitrages. He can speak in depth about how to vet potential STR listings, digital setup (dynamic pricing / property management platforms), and day-to-day operations. He is passionate about creating financial freedom through STRs.
His partner in crime and beautiful wife helps him run their STR business. They have been married now for 5 years and are expecting their first kiddo in November 2024! Alex loves to be outdoors - camping, hiking, and whitewater rafting. He also works part-time as a whitewater raft guide on the Ocoee River during the summer. Being on the water is a passion of his that started in college and has never stopped!
Sara Hug
Coach
Sara is a first-year STR coach with 10 years of real estate experience specializing in property and maintenance management and holds an Illinois real estate license. Before joining Madeleineā€™s team, Sara earned her experience working for companies such as Zillow, Redfin, & SMS Assist (now Lessen).
She currently operates 2 purchased properties and has experience with co-hosting. In addition, Sara brings valuable expertise to her coaching role providing guidance on property vetting and selection, purchase process (contract to closing), property set up (physical & digital), graphic design, interior design, operations, and more. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two pups, as well as traveling, discovering new places, trying different restaurants, and being outdoors.

Summer Bersabe
Coach
Summer is the Head of Operations for Madeleineā€™s property portfolio. She handles a wide range of tasks, including guest communication, claim filing, cleaning, and property maintenance, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets Madeleine's standards. She also oversees our team of VAs to keep operations efficient and seamless. Before joining Madeleineā€™s team, Summer spent over six years with Airbnb as a Senior Trainer and an Authorized Airbnb Certifying Trainer, where she had the privilege of training trainers across the globe.
Her expertise lies in Airbnb policies and procedures, and she is well-versed in Hostfully, automations, and best practices for operational excellence. When sheā€™s not at work, she loves spending time with her beautiful daughter and their six dogs. Summer enjoys traveling and has experienced many Airbnbs herselves! Sheā€™s also passionate about animal rights and actively support local organizations that rescue stray cats and dogs.

Abby Dickerson is our teamā€™s Director of Marketing. She oversees funnel automations, software integrations, and customer service through our backend systems. With a marketing degree from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, sheā€™s dedicated to transforming complex processes into streamlined, effective systems that enhance our customer experience and drive our brandā€™s success. In her free time you will find her on the lake, at a concert, or playing pickleball. She also enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and supporting her Georgia Bulldogs!

Cassidy is a passionate real estate enthusiast from Canada, dedicated to providing excellent customer service and fostering strong communication. When she's not working, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her family at their cottage up north, exploring new trails and beaches with her bulldog, Rosco. Her hobbies include kayaking, hiking, reading, and painting, reflecting her love for the outdoors and creativity.
Matthew Underwood

Matthew Underwood brings over 14 years of expertise in professional sales, driven by a passion for helping Madeleine represent her brand while prioritizing value. Known for his proactive approach and ability to multi-task, he excels in delivering high-quality, customer-focused service in fast-paced environments. Matthew and Brenda are working toward their first STR property back in Matthewā€™s home state of West Virginia.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife of 12 years, Brenda, and their two children, Madelyn and Henry. His hobbies include boating, kayaking, hiking, and biking. One of his proudest moments is earning the rank of Eagle Scout. On weekends, Matthew can often be found leading worship with his praise team.

With a knack for connecting with people, Kyla combines her love for real estate with her competitive spirit and helping others. When she's not closing deals, you can find her exploring new destinations with her boyfriend & dog Odin by her side, savoring delicious food, and creating cherished memories with family and friends.
